General Observations & Teaching Methods
My first and last classroom observation was conducted on the 2nd day of October 2023. The class that I observed was Class X 2 (regular class) from 10:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In my case, I have not observed my cooperating teacher but my practice teaching partner, Indri, whom we call Ibu Indri in the class. Even so, it is supervised by our cooperating teacher, Mr./Bapak Angga. I was seated at the back of the class so I wouldn't serve as a distraction to the students.
The teacher starts the class by greeting them with the words "Assalamu alaikum" which is a traditional greeting among Muslims. After, the teacher will ask them about their day and continue to check their attendance. Ibu Indri will then start the class by asking the students about the last topic which is Social Interaction under Sociology subject. From what I could see, their teaching strategies are not much different from those used in the Philippines. The instructor and subject area that was observed used the standard demonstration teaching approach; a teaching strategy that makes use of visual aids like power points.
In addition, there are two more strategies that I've noticed. These are:
1. Inquiry-based learning/Art of questioning - as the discussion went on, Ibu Indri continually asked the students questions related to the topic that would deepen their prior knowledge.
2. Cooperative Learning - during the activity time, Ibu Indri lets the students brainstorm with each other to accomplish the given activity. It gives students more time and more insights to complete their answers, making learning more enjoyable to the students.
The difference overall that I noticed was the classroom management. In the Philippines, students are used to teachers telling them what to do and what not to do inside the class; it is full of rules to maintain respect and discipline. While, UPI's SMA Labschool, leans more on the soft and permissive side. The respect for the teachers and co-students is still present so long as they participate.

Technology Used by the Teacher
The learning material used in the X-2 Class is a Canva Presentation prepared by Ibu Indri. As for the content of this discussion enrichment, Ibu Indri used their Sosiologi X Textbook and the Internet for further research.
The facilities that support the integration of technology used by the teacher are the use of technology resources such as computer, laptop, projector, speakers, software applications, and the Internet in daily classroom practices, and in the management of a school.
